I led this project from the first sketches to a fully functioning MVP, delivered in only eight months. Rapid design validation kept progress fast while maintaining a strong focus on user needs and product quality. By combining supplier selection with hands-on prototyping, I streamlined development and accelerated testing to bring the concept to market quickly with exceptional quality.

The idea for Truck Hub was formed during a visit to Dortmund in April 2025. Within two days, I captured the product vision, defined requirements, and issued RFIs to suppliers. I then led the complete development process — producing the CAD, managing the bill of materials, and applying a DFMEA model for engineering verification.

Through close collaboration with suppliers, hundreds of design iterations were validated quickly, culminating in a combined verification and demonstration rig used to secure investor confidence. I managed supplier identification and selection, prototype preparation, and early supply chain setup, ensuring a smooth transition into first production.

All development documentation and BOM management were structured in Notion to maintain traceability and efficiency. Alongside delivery, I also supported the patent application for the novel pallet truck design.

This project demonstrated my ability to turn a business concept into a validated, production-ready product — balancing pace, precision, strategic supplier management and cost with startup constraints.
